PAYMENT POLICY
We accept payments through credit and debit. You can also pay through PayPal. You are charged upon order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is done through USPS (United States Postal Service). Your order is acknowledged with a message so you know we have received your order. All items are made to order. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order is ready to be shipped.
REFUND POLICY
We want to make sure that your experience with Graceful Works is a positive one. We seek to be very transparent and honest with our listing details and product photos to ensure customer satisfaction. If there was an issue with an item being damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. If you ordered a custom item and do not like the color combination you chose, we can discuss an exchange. If you do wish to exchange an item you must return the item 3 days from the date of delivery. It must arrive in the same exact condition as when it was shipped from Graceful Works, including all original packaging.
